Weedasec warrants all seeds for up to 1 year from the date of purchase, provided they are purchased directly from us or through a verified vendor. Please note, all transactions are considered complete once tracking information has been issued.

Weedasec guarantees delivery of seeds to countries where seed importation is legal. We cannot guarantee that packages will clear customs or avoid seizure in countries where importing seeds is prohibited or restricted. If your package is confiscated in such a jurisdiction, please provide an official confiscation/forfeiture notice from the relevant authority (a scan or photo of the document). Upon receipt and verification of that notice, Weedasec will review the case and — at our discretion — offer a solution such as a replacement or store credit.
